Dr. Andy Brown
Managing Director
Andy has worked in Organisational Consulting for almost 20 years. He has worked with many FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies helping to align their leaders and employees with their strategies. He was previously a Partner at Mercer Consulting and also the Global Practice Leader for Organisational Consulting at Manpower's strategic consulting division. Prior to that he was Head of Research at Gallup. Andy was educated at Oxford University and holds a doctorate in survey analytics. He was also previously Visiting Fellow at Harvard University.
Andy is regularly published in journals such as HR, People Management, Global HR, Employee Benefits and Strategic HR Review. He is a regular conference speaker on HR metrics issues and is frequently quoted in journals such as the FT and The Sunday Times as well as on TV and radio.
Matt Roddan
Associate Director
Matt brings with him 5 years experience in managing complex, large-scale employee research programmes for companies such as Tesco and Hilton International. Prior to joining YouGov, Matt worked as a Research Manager at Buckingham Research Associates and as Operations Manager at Field Connection and has experience of working with clients across a range of sectors such as Travis Perkins, EDF Energy, Rolls-Royce, Vodafone, KPMG, Pfizer, Masterfoods and Jewson.
Matt has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Computing Science from the University of Glasgow.
Sarah Jordan
Research Manager
Sarah has 5 years experience in research design, project and panel management and research analytics. During her time at YouGov she has been responsible for designing and implementing the YouGov/Sunday Times “Think Tank” and the operation of panels including the YouGov US panel.
She has also led on complex analytical work in the Organisational Consulting field for organisations including Travis Perkins, Cognosis and Centaur. Sarah has recently been working on a long term project to understand strategy making and leadership capabilities in high-performing UK organisations.
Sarah is a full member of the MRS and holder of the Advanced Certificate. She holds an MA from Manchester University.
