He has 20+ years experience in the market research industry in the UK, France and South Africa working for a number of major research agencies and consultancies. He has also lectured in Marketing. Marek holds an Honours degree in Economic and Social History from the University of Leicester and a Diploma in Marketing Management from the South African Institute of Marketing Management.

Caroline Gaskin
Consulting Director

Caroline has more than 17 years research experience with major research agencies in the UK. Caroline joined YouGov from TNS Global's Technology Division where she ran a number of major strategic international projects. Her areas of expertise include segmentation, advertising tracking and brand tracking studies. Caroline holds an MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.

Russell Feldman
Research Manager

Russell has been with YouGov since July 2007 and has over 6 years research experience. He has worked in the technology and telecoms sector for more than 4 years, for blue chip clients on a variety of projects in the UK and abroad.

He has experience with value added analysis including derived importance, significance testing and segmentation.

Russell holds a BA degree in Advertising and Marketing from Staffordshire University. He also holds the Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research.
